Editions and Artist Proofs

All Mass Edition Prints come in a Limited Edition, including a certificate of authenticity featuring the photographer’s printed signature.

Artist Proofs (AP) copies are produced to test the print’s quality and for the Artist’s purposes. These copies are produced in addition to the limited edition print.

Print Sizes

All dimensions stated for each print refer to the paper size. Every print is produced with a white border of a minimum of 0.8” depending on the print and image size.

Paper

All Mass Edition Prints are produced meticulously by The Printspace, an high-end printing lab in East London, using the highest-quality Giclée printing methods on the finest archival papers.

The paper used is Hahnemühle Photo Rag, a 308 gsm heavy-duty matt paper made of 100% cotton rag with a natural white tone and superb black saturation. A subtle fibrous finish and understated colours give photographic reproductions alike an organic look and feel.

This type of paper is delicate and subject to scratching if not properly handled. If you wish to frame your print, we recommend relying on a professional framer who knows how to handle delicate archival papers.

Certificate of Authenticity

All Mass Edition Prints feature an embossed certificate of authenticity including the photographer and the artwork details, the edition number, and the photographer’s printed signature.

Turnaround Time

Every print is produced on demand. You can expect to receive your Print approximately 5-10 working days from the time of ordering. If you are based outside the UK, this time may be longer.

Packaging

To ensure that the artworks arrive undamaged all Prints come in a flat rigid envelope.

Shipping

For UK deliveries the shipping is free, while for every other country is £8.

All Mass Edition Prints are despatched directly from our printing lab and ship separately from other items of different types (Posters and Zines) within the same order and may arrive at different times.

Returns

If you would like to return your Print, you can do so at any time, up to 14 days from the date of receipt. Prints must be returned in a saleable condition. Returned prints that have marks caused by poor handling will not be accepted.

We’ll supply a full refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned item, though delivery costs are non-refundable. To arrange a return, please contact us via email.

Tax

All prices are exempt from UK VAT. Customers based outside the UK may incur import duties when the parcel arrives in their own country. Please note that the payment of these duties is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Editions

All Posters are produced in an Open Edition and feature the Mass logo, the image title and the Photographer name and printed signature.

Print Sizes

All Posters are produced in 18x24” (46x61cm) with a white border of a minimum of 1.2” depending on image size.

Paper

Posters are printed on 189 gsm matt paper that gives to the posters a giclée like high-quality delicate and smooth feel.

Turnaround Time

You can expect to receive your Poster approximately 5-10 working days from the time of ordering. If you are based outside the UK, this time may be longer.

Packaging

To ensure that the artworks arrive undamaged, all Posters come rolled in a rigid cardboard box.

For UK deliveries the shipping is free, while for every other country is £8.

Editions

Each Mass Journal issue is produced in limited numbers and may be re-issued with further editions in case the current one sells out.

Sizes

Zines may vary in size depending on the issue and feature a multi-layered triple cover. The number of internal pages may vary depending on the projects.

Paper

Covers are 135 gsm Colorplan premium acid-free papers with a subtle vellum texture that gives this paper a certain tactile quality. Text pages are 130 gsm Novatech Digital Silk, a smooth high white coated paper that reduces light reflection with its silk finish. Both papers are FSC certified, sourced from sustainably managed forests.

Turnaround Time

You can expect to receive your Zine within approximately 5 working days from the time of ordering. If you are based outside the UK, this time may be longer.

Packaging

To ensure that they arrive undamaged, all Zines are shipped in a rigid cardboard envelope

Shipping

For UK deliveries the shipping is free, while for every other country is £8.

All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail 1st class while all international orders are shipped with the Royal Mail International Tracked service providing a tracking number for your order.

All Zines ship separately from other items of different types (Mass Edition Prints and Posters) within the same order and may arrive at different times.

Returns and Refunds

Zines cannot be returned or refunded.
